Oatmeal is such a great source of carbohydrates and fiber, but it’s hard to not get sick of it if you have it most mornings. Below I have some of my favorite combinations but you can always mix and match the basics (fruits/nuts/nut butters) and make it your own.
I didn’t include amounts of each ingredients because the portions are up to you! Try to eat enough so that you stay full for 2-3 hours. To save time, meal prep multiple servings ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
