ABOUT VICKY

I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Illinois in Chicago, specializing in the field of intermittent fasting as it relates to obesity and type 2 diabetes. My journey combines my role as a registered dietitian with my passion for research. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with hundreds of clients, guiding them through their weight loss journey and aiding them in effectively managing factors such as cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure.

My expertise extends to the realm of sports nutrition, where I provide virtual support to both professional and recreational athletes. Through personalized nutrition coaching, I empower my clients to optimize their health, maximize their performance, and achieve their desired body composition goals.

My enthusiasm for nutrition started during my college days as a triple jumper. Back then, I struggled to find credible nutrition information to gain a competitive edge. Although I’m not a track athlete anymore, I continue to stay active by snowboarding, cycling and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
