ABOUT VICKY

Registered Dietitian

I am a performance dietitian based in Chicago, Illinois working virtually with professional and recreational athletes. I use personalized sports nutrition coaching and consulting to help clients optimize their health, maximize their performance, and achieve their body composition goals. My love for sports nutrition started as a triple jumper in college struggling to find reliable nutrition information for that competitive edge. Although I’m not a track athlete anymore, I continue to stay active by competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, dancing, snowboarding, and cycling.

WHAT I DO

Through an evaluation of your current diet and health goals I help create a personalized plan for you to optimize both your health and performance. Through a virtual meeting we’ll first review medical history and nutrition goals, then I’ll create personalized strategy to help you meet your goals. During our biweekly meetings I’ll help you stay on track and we’ll reassess our strategy as needed.
